Service Description
HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. Tabata is a form of HIIT, where generally you work at a high intensity for 20 seconds, with 10 seconds rest, on and off. Class is taught in French.

Cancellation Policy
IMPORANT: ONLINE classes: You can book classes up to a week in advance, and cancel or reschedule your booking up to two hours prior to class start time without penalty. Within the two-hour window to the start time of the class, all reservations will be charged. OUTDOOR/LIVE classes: please note if you wish to reschedule or cancel your class, you must do so 12 hours in advance to allow for u to adjust the schedule accordingly if necessary. Within a twelve-hour window to the start time of the class, all reservations will be charged.
